You are the client of the TKEG Expat Entity that you do transaction with. Depending on which TKEG Expat Entity you are a client of, your data (including personal documents, Know-Your-Customer (KYC) documents, Documents of Companies under your management or managed by a particular TKEG Expat Entity under your authorization), you data can be stored safely on Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the following locations:

Cross-Border Data Transmission Information

By engaging in any transaction, communication, or contractual relationship with a particular TKEG Expat Entity, you acknowledge and agree that your data may be transmitted, processed, or stored across one or more jurisdictions depending on the operational requirements of that entity and the structure of its internal systems. Such transfers may involve cross-border transmission of data between the regions listed above for purposes of secure backup, compliance review, and administrative coordination among TKEG Expat group entities.
透過與特定奕資環球實體進行交易、溝通或簽署合約，您確認並同意，您的資料可能根據該奕資環球實體及其內部系統架構的營運需要，在一個或多個司法管轄區間傳輸、處理或儲存。此類傳輸可能涉及於上述地區間進行跨境資料傳輸，以達成安全備份、合規審查及奕資環球集團實體間行政協調之目的。
By continuing to use the services of any TKEG Expat Entity, you expressly consent to the storage and processing of your data in the designated regions above, and to any necessary cross-border transmission required for the lawful and efficient delivery of services.
當您繼續使用任何奕資環球實體之服務時，即表示您明確同意您的資料於上述指定地區儲存與處理，並同意為有效及合法地提供該等服務所需之必要跨境資料傳輸。
Data Storage and Deletion Request Information

By default, TKEG Expat retains client data and documents for an indefinite period to ensure service continuity and record integrity. Clients are responsible for maintaining their own copies of any important documents. TKEG Expat shall not be liable for any loss or unavailability of documents stored on its servers. Clients may submit a written request for the deletion of part or all of their data, subject to applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
預設情況下，奕資環球會為確保服務持續性及紀錄完整性，而無限期保留客戶資料與文件。客戶有責任自行保存其重要文件副本。奕資環球對於伺服器中資料或文件之遺失或無法取用，不承擔任何責任。客戶可提出書面申請，要求刪除其部分或全部資料，但須遵守相關法律及監管要求。
If applicable laws or regulations require, including but not limited to Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing (AML/CTF) obligations, certain TKEG Expat Entities may be legally required to retain your data for five (5) years or longer after the end of the business relationship. In such cases, your deletion request may be declined in order to comply with statutory record-keeping requirements.
若適用之法律或法規，包括但不限於反洗錢及打擊恐怖主義融資 (AML/CTF) 相關規定有所要求，特定奕資環球實體可能依法須於業務關係終止後，保留您的資料 五年或更長時間。在此情況下，為符合法定留存義務，您的刪除申請可能會被拒絕。
